This site uses no cookies and contains no tracking, advertising or analytics tools. What you send with the service request form is only e-mailed to our team; it is not stored on the site or in any database.

The service request form

When you press “Send request”, the details in the form (request type, system, ship, port, description, name, phone, e-mail) are e-mailed to our team by the mail service of the server that hosts the site; no other service is involved. Nothing is stored on the site or in a database; the request stays only in our team’s mailbox.

To prevent abuse of the form, the sender’s IP address is kept for at most one hour, as a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the address.

If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, what you wrote is turned into a message in your browser and opened in WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you press send there, and the message is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

Information you send us

We use the name, phone number, e-mail address, ship and fault details you send us through the form, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail to assess your request, get back to you and carry out the service.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a hosting provider’s server. For security and operation, the server may keep technical access logs such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested.
